DISCLAIMER
Last updated: Sept. 25, 2026
Read this before using any exercise, technique, or program from Athletic Resilience.
This is education, not medical care
Everything on this site and in courses, videos, and seminars is general educational information about movement, training, and injury prevention. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Using this site does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other clinical relationship between you and Athletic Resilience or its instructors.
Nothing here replaces evaluation by a qualified health professional who can examine you in person. If you have pain, an injury, or a medical condition, see one.
Talk to a professional first
Consult a physician or qualified health professional before you start any exercise program, change how you train, or try a technique, especially if you:
-Are injured, recovering from injury, or have been told to restrict activity
-Have a heart, lung, joint, or neurological condition
-Are pregnant or postpartum
-Are taking medication that affects balance, heart rate, or blood pressure
-Have not exercised in some time
If you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or anything that isn't right, stop immediately and get medical help.
You train at your own risk
Physical training carries risk. Exercise, mobility work, taping, and manual techniques can cause injury, including serious injury, even when performed correctly.
Information on this site is general, delivered to a broad audience, and cannot account for your individual condition. By using any content from Athletic Resilience, you accept that:
-You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise or technique is safe for you
-You are responsible for how you perform it, and for stopping when you should
-You voluntarily assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage that results
-You should work within your own capability and stop before you reach your limit, not after
If you are applying a technique to someone else, you are responsible for that too, including confirming it is within your scope of practice, license, and insurance.
No guaranteed results
Individual results vary. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome — performance improvement, injury prevention, recovery, or otherwise. Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences and are not typical results you should expect.
Accuracy of content
We work to keep our content accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, correct, or up to date. Practice in sports medicine and performance changes. Content may be revised or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Links and third-party content
Our site may link to or embed content from other organizations. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athletic Resilience, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising out of or connected to your use of this site or our content, or your reliance on it.
This includes injury sustained while performing an exercise or technique, whether you are performing it on yourself or on another person.
You agree to release Athletic Resilience from all claims of that kind, and to indemnify us against claims brought by anyone you apply our techniques to.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. Where that is the case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
Your agreement
By using this site, you confirm that you have read this disclaimer, that you understand the risks, and that you accept them.
