What we do
Learn certifiable taping techniques, muscular release, mobility and strengthening protocols from professionals who use them successfully every day.
Dr. Lee Schuster is a chiropractor and certified athletic trainer with 15+ years in professional, collegiate, and youth sports. Dr. Greg Niven is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former D1 athlete. Together, they teach what works so ATs, PTs, and chiropractors can all work from the same playbook.

Seminars

Our in-person seminars cover taping and muscle mobility, with plenty of time to practice. You'll leave with techniques you can use on your next athlete or patient.
Dr. Schuster is credentialed to offer continuing education, so eligible seminars count toward your CEU requirements.
This 16-lesson course covers rigid athletic taping for the ankle, wrist, thumb, shoulder, elbow, turf toe, and more. Each tape job is broken down step by step, with the reason behind every move.
Follow-along soft tissue and mobility techniques you can use with clients or assign as home care.
Certification
We're building a certification program for clinicians who want to practice and teach the Athletic Resilience approach. Join the list to be the first to know when it opens.
“I have worked with and learned from Dr. Lee for the past 8 years, covering professional, premier, and national rugby. He has taught me a ton with regard to taping and athlete care. His approach is clear, concise, and easy to follow!”
