Athletic Resilience respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade or exchange it with outside parties for their own marketing.

What we collect
Information you give us
-Name, email address, and anything else you enter when you fill out a form — a seminar request, a partner inquiry, a free-video signup, or the newsletter subscribe box.
-Account information if you create a login for a course: your name, email, and password.
-Purchase information if you buy a course. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
-Anything you choose to tell us in a message or email.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our analytics and hosting tools record standard technical data:
-Pages you viewed and how long you stayed
-The site or search that referred you
-Approximate location (city or region, from your IP address)
-Browser, operating system, and device type
-A randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie
This data tells us which pages are useful and which are not. It is not used to identify you personally.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google, which processes it on our behalf.
We have not enabled advertising features, remarketing, or cross-site tracking in our Google Analytics configuration. We do not use analytics data to target ads to you.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit by installing Google's browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Google's own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them for three things:
-Essential. Keeping you logged in and keeping forms working.
-Analytics. Google Analytics, as described above.
-Embedded content. Videos and other content loaded from other services set their own cookies.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site, including login.
Embedded videos
Some pages embed video hosted on a third-party platform. When a page with an embedded video loads, that platform may set cookies and record that you viewed the page, whether or not you press play. Their terms govern that data, not ours.
If you subscribe or request free videos, we may send you course updates, seminar announcements, and training content. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from marketing email; it does not delete a course account you have paid for.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job. That includes:
-Our website and email platform (Go High Level)
-Our course and payment platform
-Google Analytics
These providers are contractually limited to working on our behalf.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If the business is ever sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to outside parties.
If you are in California
You have the right to:
-Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
-Request a copy of that information
-Request that we correct or delete it
-Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of
-Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
If you are in the EU or UK
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Making a request
Email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law allows, generally 45 days in California and 30 days in the EU and UK. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out request. Because we do not sell or share personal information, this does not change how we handle your data.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and as long as the law requires.
-Analytics data: retained on Google's default schedule for our property
-Marketing email contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete
-Course accounts and purchase records: for the life of the account plus any period required for tax and accounting
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and reputable third-party platforms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Visitors outside the United States
Our servers and service providers are in the United States. If you use the site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from your own.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
